         For this post, I have been asked to create a “customer avatar,” based on an ideal customer from my segment that I have been researching through conducting interviews. It is slightly difficult to depict one specific ideal customer for my product because my product can simply be worn by anyone who wants a creative and unique pair of shoes. This person is someone who wants to either represent a specific thing such as a sports team on their pair of shoes, or simply wants a pair of shoe that correctly describes who they are through artwork. My business idea of designing and painting on shoes is not location specific because the shoe scan be ordered online and then be shipped. 1)  Describe five ways in which you think you have human capital that is truly unique.  I find it really hard to sit here and list compliments about myself, so I’d say that is my first quality that makes me unique, I am very humble and really dislike talking about myself so much because I think it can be rude to other people and overall makes me uncomfortable. 15A- Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No.2 ` I interviewed three people and informed them about my shoe designing business. I talked to them about pricing and learned a lot about their buying behaviors. The three people I chose were completely different ages but somehow fell into the same segment. My first interview was my younger sister who is 15, my second interview was my best friend who is 21, and my third interview was my mom who is 50. While they are all different ages and have  different amounts of money to spend, they all have one thing in common. They love fashion and art, and all bought a pair of my shoes. 14A- Halfway Reflection 1. Tenaciousness is competency: One of the behaviors I have used so far for this class is focusing on time management. This class requires a lot of hard work and consists of my assignments, however it is also very consistent. Each blog post takes about the same amount of time to complete in addition to peer review comments. With that said, I tend to schedule time for these assignments each week because I know how long they take. I write each assignment down on a  weekly to-do list so I do not forget. I have definitely developed a tenacious behavior when it comes to this class. I think it mostly because I know what I have to do each week and each required step of submitting an assignment. 13A- Reading Reflection 1 (ENT3003) I decided to read Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future by Ashlee Vance.
