11A Idea Napkin

1. Hello everyone my name is Hannah Moss and I am a junior at the University of Florida majoring in advertising. Other than being a very dedicated and hard working student, I believe I have talent when it comes to my artistic abilities. I am extremely creative and absolutely love drawing and painting. I believe that visual appearance is very important in the business world. By this I mean the “look” of a company which can be seen through a companies photograph’s, packaging, and logos.
2. What I am Offering: I am offering custom designed shoes. This would be for anyone who does not have the artistic ability to do so, but would like to wear shoes that accurately express who they are. For example, my friend Adam is a huge fan of Gators Football so when he was accepted into the University of Florida last fall, he asked me to make him “University of Florida” themed shoes. 
3. Who am I offering this to: I am offering this service to absolutely anyone who is interested in my art and would like to wear it.
4. Why do they care: They want to express themselves through their clothing or want to make a statement about something they love. For example the University of Florida. 
5. What are my core competencies: I think what sets me apart from everyone else is my ability to actually take my customers ideas and styles and bring them to life on a pair of shoes. I also have the patience and work ethic to try and create the artwork that my customer wants rather than producing artwork thats my own style.

I believe that these elements fit together and that there are and will continue to be people who are interested in my little business. My biggest concern when it comes to the future of my business is being able to expand it into something more. At the moment, it is difficult to get many shoe orders done because of the fact that I am the only one doing the artwork and it takes time to effectively complete each shoe order. Hopefully I will find a way to expand my business in the future.
